Interview
I applied in November and was contacted for a 20-minute Teams interview in January with two panellists who were friendly and apologised for technical delays. The questions covered my knowledge of Options, reasons for applying, technical and soft skills, salary expectations, travel availability, and my earliest start date. The interview concluded with a Q&A session. Less than a week later, I was informed that I wasn’t selected, but no constructive feedback was provided, which was disappointing as I would have appreciated insights for improvement.

Invited to the Belfast branch for a preliminary interview before being referred to someone higher up if successful. Interview process was informal, mostly asking about yourself, what your interests are, any new technologies that you're passionate about and information about Options themselves and where you see yourself in the future.
