30 minute intro call followed by two technical assessments - the first a shorter set of maths/logic problems, the second a significantly longer front-end coding task where you added several features to a React-based spreadsheet application. Received good communication right up until submitting the second assessment after which I was completely ghosted despite prompting for feedback multiple times.
Regardless of the size of outfit, when you're asking candidates to spend multiple hours/evenings of their own time completing assessments then the bare minimum response should be a stock rejection email. To not even do that is an unacceptable hiring practice and completely disrespectful to candidates - suggest avoiding if you value your own time.
