Applied online, received a phone call from a recruiter asking to schedule an interview. Interviewed with both of the nursing operations managers, an assistant nurse manager, and a staff nurse. They took time asking me questions.

Very welcoming and confident you'll love working for the company. Showed me around the unit and made me feel like apart of the team from the start! Asked about experience, answered any questions, very upfront about average pay but highlighted the wonderful experience you'll gain working there and the room for advancement.
