Three rounds: first with the recruiter, second with the hiring manager and third with the direct reports. Each was about 45 minutes via Teams. Standard questions for experience, interest and affinity with the mission. A few behavioral questions. Pleasant and conversational.

Initial phone interview. Then a lot of waiting, I inquired several times and was told the decision was taking longer than expected. Received notification of non-acceptance 6 weeks after interview.
