Interview
Applied in person between 2 pm and 4 pm on Monday - Thursday. Was called back the next day to set-up a convenient time to come back for an interview. There were two interviews total. The first was with an Assistant Manager where basic questions were asked about past experience with customer service and questions pertaining to ones personality. The second interview was with the General Manager. Most of the questions mirrored those asked in the first interview, in addition to my availability and expectations. Overall, a very easy interview process.
The interview is very easy with many simple questions like availability and experience. It only took around 5-10 minutes to finish. They'll let you know if they can hire you immediately after the interview.

Simple in person interview with a singular round. Sat down in the resturant and was asked questions about multi-tasking ability, focus, attention to detail and availability. Lasted about 20 minutes and was mostly about presentation and personality

The interview went well overall. The process was very organized, and everyone I interacted with was polite and welcoming. It was conducted in person at the restaurant, which gave me a good sense of the environment and team dynamics. I appreciated the opportunity to see the space and speak with the staff directly—it helped provide a clearer picture of the role and expectations.
