I was interviewed by a recruiter and everything went well. She liked my work experience and everything. We scheduled a Skype interview with one of the managers. However, I decided to decline the offer for its low pay. The recruiter told me that after a year or so, my salary would be 100% commission. I decided not to follow-up with the Skype interview.
