First round:
- Basics.
- What do you know about the company?
- What are you looking for in your next role? etc.
Second round:
- How do you think about prioritization and managing tech debt?
- How would you go about learning a new industry?
- Talk about products you've built from ideation to release. Be able to speak to them in detail.
Second round:
- Talk about stakeholder management
- Talk about resolving conflict between eng, stakeholders, design, product
- Be able to speak to the technical aspects of a product you built - type of API, frameworks, languages used, contingency planning (like what if a 3rd party API has unexpected downtime), etc.
Final round: (This is where I didn't do my best).
- BEWARE: Recruiter said the interviewer "will be asking you more about your PM experience, so nothing specific to prepare for this round." DO NOT take this at face value! I was asked an MVP case question.
