I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PMK•BNC (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
I was referred to them by a friend who works there. The process was generally disorganized but eventually I was interviewed after rescheduling a few times. The interview was very informal. The interviewer was rather disrespectful and unprofessional, but I would not report that in any way. Eventually just wanted to get in there and get out.

Question 1
Basic. Not very specific as to the industry or my experience.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PMK•BNC (Los Angeles, CA) in May 2012
Interview
I was disappointed in the interview process at PMK. I was screened on the phone by an HR representative then about a week later I went into the office and met with multiple people. It took about two hours and each one said they needed something different out of this person they were hiring. It was as if they didn't consult on what type of person to bring on board and what their duties would be.
Then I waited...and waited...and waited. I followed up with every person I met with and, of course, nobody replied. I stalked the HR representative to find out what was going on and I received an email every 10-14 days or so for a few months from her saying they're still "trying to figure out what they're doing with their teams". Needless to say, after three months of no real movement I said forget it.
They shouldn't interview people for a position that really isn't open. Especially for a senior level role.
