I was interviewed by a now ex-employee that tried to use stress tactics and belittling statements to assert his superiority over everyone. It lasted four hours, much longer than it needs to be. Since then, it appears they have changed their design, with a practical being part of the interview.

You should know basic kinesiology and be well prepared. The PRO club is a professional environment and that’s what they are looking for in the interview as well. The prep info they send is helpful, and you should master it.

Interview
I met with manager to answer questions so they can get a feel of if you are a compassionate trainer that can handle a difficult clientele with usually a lack of experience in the exercise realm.

Question 1
What would you do if someone was experiencing pain during a workout?
Very detailed questions reviewing most of the material learned during college courses relating to position. Several questions on metabolic disorders, exercise prescription, and progression. I was interviewed by 3 supervisors and it lasted about an hour and a half.
