I emailed them asking about the position. I was invited to come in during a group interview. Its a big warehouse on the far end of downtown but it's nicer on the inside. You fill out a sticky note and wait for your turn to be interviewed. It was quick and not many questions. They are mostly interested in questions you have for them.
