1) Initially contacted by recruiter in the last week of December. Discussion regarding Vancouver location, my background in microservices and salary expectations. 2) In the second week of January, Had interview with the hiring manager and discussion regarding my background, my past projects. He briefly explained about company and asked me to explain my last project very briefly like how did I make design and all. Also asked a simple data structure question. He was very supportive. 3) Next round was taken by a mid level software engineer. Again general microservices question and one string matching question on KMP Algo. 4) Next round was taken by a much senior person. Discussion regarding deployment, CICD, agile, like technical cum behavioral questions. 5) Next round was tough. The interviewer asked me lot of observability related questions. It was fun. 6) Last round was taken by hiring manager again. This time he was more interested in making sure that I am culturally fit in the organization. Overall, a very pleasant experience. All interviewers were super nice. Had I received the offer on time, I would have accepted it.
