PayPal Java Developer - Contract interview questions

There were two interviews. The technical questions were not that hard compared to the intreviwers. Gave an answer that works. Not accepted because it was too easy. Ok, asked to write a query, gave a solution with correlated query. But unfortunately interviewer is not educated enough to understand it, so asked me to write it with sub query. Then asked to implement MS Word fill which I have no idea and not interested to even give a thought about it. Waste of time. It would be useful if the interviewers get to know about what they are asking actually asking in the interview. Why cant the interviewer give a thought how it works or just try it out right and there to see if it really works, if you feel it is "iffy"? I do not have any plans to return back to paypal in future from this experience.
