Interview
They claim to be an HR company, yet there was never a rejection email or anything sent out. This was even after doing a phone screen, in person interview and an interview with the VP of Sales via Skype. The HR team was not on the same page as to when/what was happening in terms of interviews. Overall, thankful for the experience as it truly showed me why I didn't want to work for a company who prides themselves on selling HR related software, yet did not have their own HR department in order at all.

Strung me along through the interview process only to say they were going with someone else after basically telling me I had the job. Then heard that they were starting the interview process with someone I knew indicating they were not going with someone else.
