Quick. Contacted by a recruiter after applying. She scheduled an initial screening interview which went well and moved me on to a 2nd interview the following day. She was very laid back and delightful although not as professional I would have assumed, which is fine since it made for a more relaxed interview. I had the 2nd interview but it was more of the manager speaking about his role in the company and how he got there and then kept asking me if I had any questions about the job and then elaborated. He didn’t really ask anything about me or my work experience so sadly I don’t feel like I had a chance because he didn’t have the time to hear about my successes. I did not move on to the 3rd and was notified in a days time.
