Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Peloton Interactive (New York, NY) in Feb 2023
Interview
Made to final round with one other person. I had three interviews, clearly laid out, communication lines open with recruiting and all people involved in interviews. Paced well, smooth process, reasonable time and expectations around updates. Questions were typical and reasonable.

Question 1
Tell me about the best process improvement you’ve led – how did you test it, and what was the outcome?
Describe a time when you saw some problem and took the initiative to correct it rather than waiting for someone else to do it?
Describe when you performed a task outside of your role responsibilities. What was the task, and what was the outcome?
Can you talk about a time you had to make a decision with limited information? How did you determine what would be the best decision?
Tell me about a time when you were not the authority but had to make a decision about the team’s next step(s)?
Spoke with a recruiter & hiring manager
Was told I would be considered for both then junior and senior level role. Both were the same but the senior level required less hand holding. To which I was fine with considering I’ve had management roles in the past. Later was told the senior level role required ‘coding’ to which it doesn’t make sense. Based on the mandatory onsite requirement and salary to who I could take a cut of over $40,000, I passed on the final interview rounds
