Interview
The interview process is a comfortable one. I took part in PepsiCo's campus hire program that began at a career fair. The primary focus of the hiring team for this position is find people with organization and managerial skill sets.

Explain a time where you had a different opinion than the majority and how you went about resolving the issue.
First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.

one phone interview screening and two interview meetings before getting an offer. Expect typical behavior-based interview questions as well as leadership-focused questions. I would recommend to google interview questions and prepare for the staples.
