The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
A lot of time goes into getting hired here. First I had an on campus interview after putting in my resume at a career fair. This interview lasted about 30 minutes with 2 representatives. A little tell me about yourself and a decent bit of behavioral questions, but they were very nice. Really try to impress here, as this is where you are selected to go on to your final big interviewing days. I received an email confirming that I had been chosen to interview in Nashville for a 2 day event. The first day was a dinner and a facility tour. We met a lot of people. Next day was intense. We had 1 long behavioral interview, 1 long situational interview, 1 case analysis you had to complete and explain your reasoning, and one sales pitch/presentation you had to make. All in all, it was a fun experience. Relax and have fun, and you will be fine. Bring your A game to the 2 day event. I competed against 7 other candidates. They were each their top candidate from their initial university where they interviewed between 50-75 people, so they are the cream of the crop. Be prepared and have a good attitude.
