Interview
Applied online through the company website. They were very quick to respond to my application. The interview was a one to one with the group leader whom I would be working for. The questions were very specific and some hypothetical scenarios. The interviewer was very genuine and the atmosphere was both casual and professional. They did take a few weeks to get back to me only to inform that the position was filled. Should have been more professional on that end. But overall the company was great and seemed like it would be a good company to work for.

Interview
Applied online and had a recruiter get back to me two weeks later for a 30 minutes teams interview with some of the members of the team. That went well and they asked me to come on site. I had a lab tour an IT excel data entry test and a practical where I had to make up a sodium citrate solution and carry out a secondary dilution. I then had a 1hr chat with team leaders. It was great they were very nice.

Interview
First interview was online, 20-30 minutes long. Heard back a few days later inviting me on-site for next interview. This consisted of a practical assessment, IT exercise and competency-based questions. I was on-site for 3 hours total, including for a tour of the lab. Everyone was friendly. Was told I'd hear back 2 days later, but never heard back. Disappointed. I followed up a week or so later with another email and never heard back, very rude and unprofessional.

Interview
After applying for the job it took over a month before getting an interview. It was a phone interview due to COVID. It was simply to get to know you as a person and determine whether personality would be a good fit. Was very short approximately 10 minute interview. There were about 5 people on the other end of the phone.
