Interview
First I had to pass a phone screen, that took about 20-30 minutes, with basic question. Then I interview with the District Manager for about an hour. I brought my brag book, and was sure to "close" the interview by asking for the job. I was invited to meet with the Regional manager after that. I have heard that you basically have the job if you make it that far. However, I did not take any chances and showed/told him everything I did with the previous manager. A few days later I got a call, and was offered the job.

Sometimes it's difficult to know when to quit. Can you tell me about an experience when you felt you persisted too long?
Often times, it is not easy to overcome a customer's objections. Tell me about a major sale that you lost because you were unable to overcome the customer's objective?

Extremely organized and streamlined interview process. Incredibly impressed! I applied online and heard back about 2-3 weeks later. First interview was a video interview through HireVue asking a series of situational-based questions. I would recommend practicing since you only have one chance to record your answer. Second interview was a phone interview with the hiring manager. Resume walk through and a series of situational-based questions. Third interview was an in-person with the hiring manager with another series of situational-based questions. Final round interview was a phone interview with the regional manager. Resume walk through and a few situational-based questions. Ask for the job! Overall, positive experience. In total, about a 2 month process.

Applied online then was asked to do a video interview/recording two weeks later. Then a week or two later asked to do a phone interview. Did not get the job.
I applied online and the process took a few weeks. The first interview is through HireVue, where you are given multiple prompts. Each prompt consists of a 30 second preparation and a 3 minute answering period.
