Everyone was nice. Asked typical why Pfizer and details about my resume experiences. Typically 2-3 interviews before decision is made. First one was with the team I applied and second one was with HR team.

Not a lot of questions asked, a lot of them blasting you with information. There were a panel of three interviewers and they each manage a branch but you will mainly work under one of them.

They generally hire internally, but interview is basic STAR questions with a few science specific/ technology questions. Usually done with the hiring manager and chemist that is in that lab. Interview lasted about an hour.
