Interviews took a very very long circle, it was a bit exhausting at times. There where in total I think 6 or 8 rounds> It gave the impression that the company was not sure if they want to hire you or not.

Pre-covid they had you do a video explaining why you align with one of their core values. I did two phone interviews and a round of in person interviews with three people.

It was through a hackathon. Very fresh concept and very interactive session. We get to understand entire SDE Cycle. Requires to decode the problem and come up with a solution as a team
- WE need to come up with an existing problem in socienty and develop a small idea to tackle it. Now to test the coding skills, the idea is divided into small chuncks of algorithms and we are supposed to implement those algorithms,

I applied online. I interviewed at Phenom
there were total of 4 rounds of interview. Almost all were coding rounds. Interview was easy and any Frontend Engineer with 5 or 6 years can crack the interview. I was pretty confident but HR emailed and said they are not moving ahead with my application at the end. Not sure what went wrong. Interview process is very length and
- Basic questions related to javascript and react js and current project.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Philadelphia, PA
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Phenom (Philadelphia, PA)
So this company offers products that are designed to give a job applicant an overall better experience (among other products). I suppose my favorite part of the interview process was being totally ghosted by the recruiter. And this was after I had a great interview with them. Followed by 2 other great interviews. One of the interviews I had was a total and complete joke. The person who held the interview with me, in all honesty, should reach out to me and apologize for the highly unprofessional experience. I have never experienced an interview like that. In the first minute, I knew I was already being written off for something totally out of my control. For being a company that started as a way to give candidates a better experience, and continues to sell that as a product, after this experience I am glad I was not given a job offer. There is no way I could have a healthy working relationship with the one person who interviewed me. No going back after that horrible 45 minutes.
- How did my interview process go from speaking to 4 people who had great things to say and then 1 who couldn’t give me the time of day?

Anonymous Interview Candidate
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Phenom in May 2022
It was so haphazard. They didn't have questions prepared. For a SAAS selling "candidate experience" and "complete talent experience management"... it was just a bad joke. Double servings of irony. They told me they'd get back to me in 1 - 2 weeks. 3 weeks later I messaged them and they told me they would not be progressing with the interview. So very flaky, disorganised and disappointing.
- Tell me about your team experience.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in New York, NY
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Phenom (New York, NY)
The interviews themselves were fine and conversational. I am rating this as negative because I never heard back after the second interview and was ghosted by the recruiter when I followed up. I would have at least liked to recieve a rejection note. It is unprofessional for any company, but especially for a company whose entire product is to improve the candidate experience.
- Tell me about your experience and why you're interested in this role
