Career fair interview, asked situational questions and very easy technical questions. They looked through your resume and asked questions regarding past job experiences and extracurricular activities. They did not expect you to use the STAR method but it is still recommended to answer this way.

Applicants arrived at the Humberside refinery the day before the interview process and were supplied with accommodation and an informal evening meal with a company representative. The process consisted of a literacy/comprehension test, HR interview, technical interview, pre-prepared presentation and group exercise with other candidates.
