Phreesia was a great company to interview with. Initially, an in-house recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn about another role. I had an initial HR screener call and then a phone interview with the hiring manager. After the hiring manager phoner, it was decided that my skillset better fit another team and I was referred directly to that recruiter. I started the process over again with the HR screener and hiring manager phoner. Then I had a Skype video interview with the hiring manager. After that, I had to prepare a case study PowerPoint presentation about different work related scenarios. The next step was a series of 1:1 in-person interviews that lasted about 2 hours total. The final step was to meet with the CEO. In a normal circumstance, this would be the last interview in the series of in-person interviews, but he had to unexpectedly travel the day I interviewed and I left for vacation. The Phreesia team was more than accommodating and actually worked with my schedule while on vacation and let me Skype video chat with the CEO to keep the process moving. After I received the official offer, I had to submit info for a background check. Throughout the entire process, the recruiter and hiring manager were very communicative and responsive. I was never left in the dark as to what the next steps were or where I was in the process. It was refreshing.
