I first applied via Reed. I got a call a few days later from. reed informing of an interview. The interview was separated into three parts. Panel interview (interview by three managers). Responding to a letter of complaint and a group activity. The interview was fairly easy as it was standard interview questions. The letter of complaint was scenario based and I simply had to read the letter and reply as a Housing Officer would. Lastly, the group activity was fun. Each candidate had an 'employee' that they needed to put forward for a pay rise, we had to argue why our employee would be ideal for the raise.
