Recruiter initially reached out via LinkedIn and ghosted after I sent a response back answering their questions. A different recruiter followed up again over a month later. Final round interview was in-person, and I was cold-called the day before by the recruiter to move the interview earlier by 30 minutes. I show up and no one was ready to interview, or was informed of the time change, so I ended up waiting in the lobby for almost an hour. After the final round, the manager told me I wouldn't be "ghosted" yet I was ghosted for over 3 weeks until I reached out to the recruiter. I was then just sent a generic, copy and pasted rejection email, as if the recruiter had forgotten to send it out weeks ago. I probably would never had received a response if I never reached out.
