The interview process was very quick. It took about a week from sending in my aaplication, to receiving a response, to having an over the phone interview and attending a new hire webinar and then being able to work. So things do move quite quickly. After the very short webinar, they send you all your logins to the different applications you will be using then you basically just log on and start making calls. There really isn't any training, just powerpoint slides they go over then they allow you to jump right into the queue. Which making calls may just seem easy but there are specifics that they should go over so that you will be fully aware of what to do when things comes up.
