I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling (Novi, MI) in Mar 2023
Interview
The interview process at Power is relatively easy but perhaps more rigorous than other companies in the industry. You will be phone screened initially, as what is basically a cold call, then scheduled a follow up phone interview. If you pass these, you'll be scheduled for an in person interview, of which there may be 2 of.

Question 1
Why are you interested in sales and what makes you competitive ?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Power Home Remodeling in Apr 2026
Interview
Interview and follow up felt extremely unprofessional. Texts from the recruiter were also quite unprofessional and odd, then extremely rude after I withdrew from the interview process. Questions were easy, and they seem to go through the process quite quickly. It's also a vague and misleading position description, and even vague on the interviews with no opportunities to ask questions. Would not tell me base pay with no opportunity to ask either.
