Interview
They have a Talent Acquisition Representative reach out after your application to get you scheduled for a second interview. The second interview will be a “vibe” check to ensure you are a “Power person”. You’ll get a third interview with a Vice President of your location. If you do well they’ll offer the position on the spot or have you come back for a fourth and final interview.

First step is a phone screen, followed by 2 in person interviews. After that hiring manager will reach out. Then you are apart of in person training. And can basically move freely anywhere in the company. Training is also paid.

Recruiter called, asked a few questions about background. I was then called by their director of customer development. He explained the job a little bit more in detail and asked normal interview questions. Then I had my 3rd interview with the VP of customer development which really explained the day to day about the job.
