Hiring was in two phases First was conducted by their employee (1 to 1) in college since it was a campus recruitment Questions asked were basic questions related to your managerial skills. Second phase was scheduled in Hyderabad. Here the willingness to stay longer in organisation as well as the willingness to go abroad for company assignments were checked.
