Interview
The interview I went was for the new Primark store, so it is in a hotel. Because it is a new store, so the interview last for about an hour and a half. video and presentation about the company will be shown. The interviewer was quite nice, she explained the questions or me, and helped to recall the experience I have I had. One to one interview lasted for about 15 minutes.

Question 1
Tell me your experience about explaining difficult things to people.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
