I applied online and within a week I got an email with an interview date and time. I went to the interview and I was emailed the next day with a job offer. I accepted the offer as a weekend sales assistant. I was then emailed with many things to complete before the start of my induction. My induction was for 3 days.

the interview was easy enough. situational based questions but you can ask for a different question for each segment. it was online done through microsoft teams I got contacted the next day with the result.

Easy going and calm. Had to time to ask the manager to repeat the question. Felt prepared and not under pressure. Would recommend for others who are applying for retail positions

Rushed interview with a lot of chaos ensuing around the store. Wasn’t properly told where to go or how to get out. Slightly confusing. The interview was pretty generic and a bit too long in my opinion
