3 weeks after applying for the position, I was contacted by email to schedule a screening interview for the following week: an interview which lasted about 30 min and consisted of questions related to my educational and work background as well as my experiences both working with teams and with using information technology. Also, I was informed that there would be a second interview before job offer would be made. Despite the fact that the intervening time between the having initial interview and being informed of my status was quite long, my overall experience was positive. I was not offered a position.
