I received the call for the first interview three months after the reasoning test. The second and third interview were then arranged in the following two months. All three interviews were all one-to-one with a manager. The interviewers were kind and open. The questions they asked shows that they were interested in a person's personality and ability instead of knowledge or skills. They were looking for the most suitable persons instead of the best. SDS sheets gave them the foundation to ask questions, but more questions might be asked based on your answers. I found the three interviews a bit similar, so the first interview would give a lot of hints for the rest.
I got the offer 40 days after my last interview.
