Initial phone call about background, then i move on to codacity excise. then i had a final technical round. then team introduction. moderate to fast response time. Overall the interview was average.

Prodigy education ghosted me after they set up the interview. I sat in their zoom call alone for 20 minutes. No follow up or explanation. Very disrespectful. I don't know about the rest of the interview.

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Prodigy Education (Bedford, NS)
Interview
Initial communications were fine as the recruiter was punctual and asked some good questions. I moved on to the technical challenge and did a good job, passing all unit tests presented me. After reviewing my results I was told I’d be moving on to further interviews and congratulated for getting this far. In the next interview the interviewer was significantly late and did not extend the time for the discussion. They stated they didn’t get to finish asking the questions they needed to and that a follow up conversation was needed to finish the process. Several days later I was told that they decided I wasn’t a good fit based on a combination of the results from the coding challenges (that were previously reviewed and congratulations given...) and their impressions from the segment of the discussion that didn’t even take place yet...
