A was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn. We had a few conversations and then interviewed w/ top management over the phone. It was a quick, comfortable phone call and accepted the job after a bit more questions from me on that call.

Our conversation flowed around these topics: Explain experience and work volume at previous job. What did I enjoy at my previous job? What did I wish would have been different. Questions about learning style and communication style. Do you prefer to work alone or w/ a team and how do you manage your time without being micromanaged? How do you solve problems?
