Three rounds of interview. Two with hiring manager and one with co-founder. In between, there were trial tasks that simulate your actual tasks to see if your skills are up to par. Interviewers are chill.

Task-based. You'll be asked to produce work that is similar to the type of work you'd be expected to produce on the job. General assumption is that you'll put your best foot forward - if the work is subpar, how can we expect the work you'll do on the job to be any better?
