Really good process. Online situational and numerical tests, followed by a game in an app, then a video interview and finally an assessment day. Had slight problem following the app part, but was quickly resolved.
Online application followed by psychometric testing with basic maths and organisation. Video interview with 4 questions 2 motivational and 2 situational. Online Assessment Centre with 15-minute live interview, individual task, and group discussion. Final Interview.

Interview
Went through 4 stages in the application process (games-based assessment, then a video interview with HR, then an online assessment centre, followed by a video interview with senior members). As a Big 4 employer, it genuinely astounds me how inconsiderate they are of neurodivergent applicants. As someone with ASD (autism spectrum disorder), there were some exercises on the games-based assessment that seemed to bear little relevance to measuring applicants' intellect and ability to do the job, and rather were there purely to serve as a neurotypical filter. Any ethos PwC has of diversity and inclusion is utterly non-existent, from my application experience. Do better PwC.

Why actuarial pensions? How will you balance your responsibilities of studying towards a IoFA qualification and working at PwC?
