Algemeen een aangename procedure met vier rondes waaronder een HR recruiter, team leaders, case study en een partner/senior leader gesprek. Het verliep over een tweetal maanden en ik kon beginnen wanneer ik tijd had.

Good level of engagement, long process but well structured. Team memo were welcoming and knew what they wanted. Detailed and explained a lot about the role. A good process with informed people.

It occurs in 3 stages. 1st 2 stages are the technical round. Here, they ask you about your skills, your undergrad subjects, your summer internships, etc. The last one is the HR round. here, they just ask you about your family, hobby, job location you want, etc.

Vorstellung mit einem Partner und einer weiteren Person. Offenes Gespräch in guter Atmosphäre. Danach erfolgte ein Wechsel auf Englisch um die Sprachkenntnisse abzufragen. Es herrschte dabei ein sehr höflicher und familärer Umgang.

Der Prozess der Bewerbung beinhaltet zwei Interviews. Eines der Interviews war fachlich das andere Interview war eher persönlich. Beide Interviews super angenehm und nett gestaltet. Die Interviews werden von unterschiedlichen Personen geführt, sodass eine Art Unabhängigkeit vorhanden ist

Erstgespräche HR und danach zwei weitere Gespräche mit der Abteilung selbst . Im vorletzten Gespräch wurde eine Fallstudie erarbeitet und danach diskutiert. Zuletzt wurde mit dem Partner gesprochen und sich vorgestellt.

Debate and several questions. Group interview in general then a debate between two groups with 10-min discussion. What color do you like? What plannet you'd like to move to? Then the debate part.
