Very clear process. Not too many hoops. I met with HR first for screening. Very friendly person and they were able to address almost all my questions. Then, 2nd interview with my hiring manager which was honestly better than I expected. Very conversational and we went over time and picked up another 30 min later. 3rd interview was also different than what I’ve experienced before: I got to meet with two future teammates. That one was really fun because it was so relaxed. I was actually hoping to talk to them again. Fourth and last interview was the SVP of the department and they were also super friendly and accommodating. I felt like I got an honest assessment of what the job would like. And —spoiler alert— I got the offer and am very happy. I don’t feel like anything from the interview was any different than what I’m experiencing now that I work here. Makes me happy that I took the chance.
