Very poor interview experience. I attended the interview and completed all the rounds, but no feedback was provided afterward. Multiple follow-ups with the HR team went unanswered, showing a lack of professionalism and communication.
What was even more surprising was receiving another interview invitation without any update or feedback on the previous interview process. This reflects poor coordination and management between the recruitment and HR teams.
Candidates invest significant time and effort in preparing for interviews, and the least they deserve is a proper response and timely feedback. Unfortunately, the company appears to have little regard for candidates' time and expectations, leaving applicants uncertain about their status for weeks. The overall hiring process feels disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful to candidates who dedicate their time and energy to the interview process.
