Interview
1.Have basic electrical test.
2.Have English test.
3.Have a small talk with middle supervisor.
4..Have a small talk with High level supervisor.
5.They may ask you to draw the function block diagram.
6.HR will have brief interview with you.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quanta Computer (Taoyuan City) in Jul 2009
Interview
Applied the job position online, and then wait for manager's interview. During the interview, managers and supervisors asked me technical questions and questions about my Bachelors paper. I think that the interview is not easy.
