Quantcast Machine Learning Engineer interview questions

I decided to write my interview experience with Quantcast because it was so unprofessional. I came to one of their open talk sessions, meet with their recruiter, and then have setup the interview process. I have been through the first telephone interview, submitted a take home coding test, and onsite/video interview with some of their senior Engineers in London and US. Afterwards it was silence. I emailed their in house recruiters for feedback and I didn't get any reply. Fine, "it is not the first company that refuse to give feedback to unsuccessful candidates" I thought. I was keen for their feedback because I don't think the interview was that bad, and also during the onsite, I was told that they think my take home test solution was 'interesting', so I want to discuss that. Anyway, I was disappointed but that was it. Until about 6 months later, I get a LinkedIn message from their (new?) recruiter for the same position. I told him/her my experience, he/she said "sorry I am new and didn't aware you have already applied.... Do you want to start the process again?" I said "sure, perhaps we can start from my missing feedback?" Then, silence, again.
