Group interview for seasonal position. Went around the room sharing a two facts about ourselves. Then asked questions about why Quiksilver, an interesting sales experience we've had and what could we contribute to the team. Pretty much just looking for people who aren't shy or awkward and could carry a conversation. We also had to do a mock sales pitch and sell another persons outfit. Got a call about an hour after the interview.

Super chill, you interview with a manager and it’s very laid back, it definitely helps if you’re outgoing. They mostly just ask about your availability and they go over your resume.

Interview process was very laid-back. I had had previous experience in the service industry so knew to come prepared to answer questions regarding how I would handle certain situations with customers. Make sure that you mention that you want to help support the team and company goals as well as the specific store location you are working for. My interview process was a sit down at the store that I planned to work at, only took about 20 minutes. Many questions were mock situation-based questions and how I would deal with them.
