1st Interview: In-person interview with HR and Supervisor. Basic questions about professional background, strengths/weaknesses, why you want to work in Safety.
2nd Interview: In-person interview with HR and Supervisor and Director was virtual - more personable and laid-back. Personality-based questions and a few situational, mostly about yourself and how you are as a worker and person.
Very friendly and easy to talk to - great people who made the experience stress-free.
