      Simple behaviour questions, lasted around 30 mins nothing too crazy. Go over experience and some personality and scenario questions. Did not ask much about the company, do not need to do too much research.

      My interview was completely behavioral. The process of RBC is pretty fast. Got offer within 3 days. Once you accept the offer, you get an offer letter which I am still waiting for :)

The interviewer gave a description of role and asked, "now that you have understanding of the role what would say your core competencies are?" 5. What do you do in your free time 6. Is this your first co-op 7. "I see you have lot of experience how do you see yourself transitioning into a co-op role where your role is not so significant and not so much is expected out of you"(I had 3 years of international experience) 8. Describe your work ethics 9. Do you have project management experience? 10. How do you work under pressure 11. How do you work in a small team and independently? 12. What questions do you have for me? 13. If you are currently working with XYZ how would you be able to work co-op(notice period details ) 14. Is there any timeline that is expected? Are you in conversation with any other company?
