Interview
An email arrived at midnight to come for an interview next day. The job description was very misleading and the role was very different from what was posted. I had a chat with an analyst that did not really asked any technical questions (walk me over your resume, where did you use this technology...) A week later she emailed me and invited me to meet her boss. The second interview was not technical either (why did you leave your last job, do you know Mainframe, how comfortable are you with writing queries). Two days after the manager asked me for references that she could check. She called me next day and told me that she want to offer me the position.
