Interview
This was a phone interview, it was short and easy, around 10 to 11 min. They want a second interview which will be around 30 min long, through a platform like Zoom. This second interview is going to be more technical and there will be a mise en situation
A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes
