Joined after university. Standard interview questions with HR to start with and then once you have passed that, you speak to different managers in different desks who ask why you want to join them, if you can talk about general macro market news
Phone call with HR, then 2nd round with hiring manager, potential 3rd round with managing director or department head, no technical interview, only behaviour questions and experience questions; each round 1-2 hours
