Interview
I had a video interview first that was jyst me talking to a camera. Very impersonal. Then had two back to back interviews with hiring managers. Then a third interview with more hiring managers. The recruiter would not acknowledge my emails until I made it to the last round and I was sent a rejection email from Workday, two weeks after my last interview. It was again impersonal and left a bad taste for the company.

Interview
Recruiter found resume online and contacted me about the position. Submitted resume and a phone interview was scheduled 1 week later. Interviewed with two people over the phone. The interview lasted 45 minutes. They had other people to interview.
This company likes to hire interns. As one of the managers from upper management said, interns are very cheap labor. Otherwise, this company may use hiring agent to look for candidates.
