I was contacted by an email where the person was asking if I would be interested in a screening interview. Also they asked for convenient time windows. I've provided everything. They didn't get back to me for 3 days. I wrote myself. They confirmed x day and time for the interview. The day had come and I was sitting in front of my laptop waiting for the "organiser to let me in". He never came. Didn't pick up the phone or answered my email at that moment. Got back to me days later saying - “oh you were there? I was there too. I'm sorry”. 
Finally a few days after that we had the screening. It went ok. My impression was that I was passing into the actual interview stage where I was supposed to speak to the hiring manager. The person said he would get back to me after 3 days. He never did. I had to write him myself. 
After another 2 days he got back to me saying that he "was chasing the hiring manager but she's too busy". Then he said that the position of the PM had been put on hold due to low capacity and that he's sorry and once it's unfrozen he would get in touch with me. I didn't reply to that. I felt humiliated, broken.
